1. Membership

  • Eligibility: The program is free and open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years old.
  • Enrollment: To become a member, you must enroll by providing a valid email address and creating a secure password. Only one account is permitted per person.
  • Membership is non-transferable: Rewards and accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or assigned to another person.

2. Earning points

  • Qualifying purchases: Members earn points on eligible purchases made online or in participating retail locations. Points are earned at a rate of [e.g., 1 point per $1 spent] on the subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
  • Non-qualifying purchases: Points will not be earned on items such as gift cards, charity donations, or specific promotional items.

  • Termination: Upon termination, all unredeemed points will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of liability

  • Disclaimer: The company is not responsible for any technical issues, lost rewards, or delays in fulfilling benefits beyond its reasonable control. Your participation is at your own risk.

9. Disputes

  • Governing law: Any disputes regarding the program will be handled individually and will be governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota.
