Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping is free within the continental United States for all orders over $75. Prischmann Skin charges a $7.95 flat shipping charge on all orders under $75. Note: We typically charge $7.95 shipping on all orders during sales and other promotional periods. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL Worldwide (used for all international orders). Please allow appropriate time for delivery of your package. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to your order, you may reach us at support@SkinStorePS.com.

*Prischmann Skin does not factor weekends and holidays into the processing period. Orders received after 2pm will not begin the processing period until the following business day. The fulfillment process will take longer during sales and promotional periods and therefore shipping may be delayed during these times.

What is your return policy?

At Prischmann Skin, we sincerely appreciate your trust in us and are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and accessories. We understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be needed, and we strive to make the process clear, fair, and as seamless as possible.

If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@SkinStorePS.com or our Fulfillment Manager at isabel@mnfacialplastics.com with your order number, the product name, and lot number that you usually find it in the bottom of the product container and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

1. Returns & Refunds (General Products)

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date if purchased in office and of the delivery date when shipped.

After 30 days, refunds are no longer available. However, we are happy to offer store credit for eligible returns up to 90 days from the delivery date or in office purchase date.

ALL ALASTIN brand products are not refundable and are only available for a in store credit up to 90 days after purchased in office or of the delivery date when shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For approved returns, the cost of the product return shipping will be deducted from the final refund or store credit amount.

3. Refund & Store Credit Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

For returns requested after 30 days, approved returns will be issued as store credit (via email gift card) for the product value, minus any applicable return shipping costs.

How long will my skincare products last?

Depending on how often and the amount of each product used, they should typically last three to four months. Some products are labeled with expiration dates, but as a general rule, once opened, products should be used within 12 months.

How long will it take for my products to work?

Generally, it takes about one month for skin cells to turn over, so allow your products at least four weeks for change to begin. A comprehensive skin care regimen should lend long term results in four to five months.

Can I use your products with other skincare I have at home?

Yes. You can also use our skincare regimens as a guide to help you understand what products to use, when to use them and in which order.

Is it normal to breakout after using a new regimen?

It is not unusual for skin to purge (or break out) when beginning a new regimen, especially if you are acne-prone. This usually resolves within a few weeks. A normal reaction would be isolated and mild.

A concerning reaction to a product would worsen with continued use, and have other symptoms, such as intense itching, burning, or pain. If you experience these symptoms, discontinue use of the product and please let us know. 

Is there anything else I should know about medical-grade skincare?

Medical-grade skincare often contains very concentrated ingredients, so it’s important to follow manufacturer instructions for use. Overuse, or improper use can often lead to unwanted side effects or concerning reactions. 

What are the benefits of topical Vitamin C?

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that protects your skin from environmental stressors. Every day, your skin tries to fend off damage from multiple sources, including UV rays, pollution, and blue light from screens and devices. Vitamin C helps bolster these defenses by neutralizing harmful by-products called “free radicals. If left unchecked, free radicals can lead to premature aging. Added benefits of topical Vitamin C include a reduction in redness, hyperpigmentation and inflammation. 

What are the benefits of Hyaluronic Acid?

Hyaluronic Acid has the ability to hold over 1,000 times its weight in water. It volumizes and hydrates skin that is prone to dryness, dehydration, TEWL (Transepidermal water loss), lines and wrinkles.

I am new to Retinol, how often should I use it?

No matter the strength of your retinol (0.25 light, 0.5 medium, 1.0 strong), begin using it slowly. Start using retinols two or three times per week, increasing to nightly if tolerated. Retinol should always be applied at night. 

Expect a period of light flaking and dryness as your skin acclimates to retinol. This flaky period typically lasts a couple of weeks. If the dryness and flaking is excessive, or if it is painful, stop your retinol and re-evaluate your plan. You may want to decrease the frequency of use, mix with moisturizer, or decrease the strength of your retinol. 

Why should I apply eye products right after cleansing?

After washing your face, apply your eye serums and creams. The skin of the eye area is delicate and should only come in contact with ingredients specifically intended for this area. 

When you apply eye cream first, your fingertips are clean and do not contain residue from your other products. While it might seem beneficial to spread these other anti-aging products to your eye area, the reality is that these products are not designed for the eyelids and may cause irritation. 

What is the difference between chemical and physical sunscreens?

We often get this question. Our belief is that physical sunscreens are better for your body and the environment. The two ingredients in physical sunscreens are zinc oxide and titanium dioxide. Both are considered “broad spectrum,” meaning they block both UVA and UVB rays. Of all sunscreen ingredients, zinc oxide has the best and broadest spectrum of protection. Both zinc oxide and titanium dioxide sit on top of the skin surface and work by reflecting the sun’s rays before they have an opportunity to cause skin damage. Your skin does not absorb them, so they are less likely to cause irritation.

Chemical sunscreen ingredients (pretty much everything other than zinc oxide and titanium dioxide) are not as healthy for your body or the environment. They do not provide the comprehensive broad-spectrum protection that your skin needs to protect you from the sun’s rays. Instead of laying on top of the skin, your body has to absorb the ingredients to create a chemical reaction that converts UV rays into heat. This can cause irritation, especially in people with sensitive skin and in children. Once the chemicals are in your skin, it’s possible they could be absorbed into your bloodstream. Additionally, there is evidence that the ingredients in chemical sunscreens damage coral reefs.

All of the sunscreens on our website contain physical sunscreen ingredients. We do not carry any sunscreens containing chemical ingredients.

Are your sunscreens reef safe?

Yes, because we only carry physical sunscreens, all of our sunscreens are reef safe. We implemented this policy in our office years ago.

How often should I apply sunscreen?

Apply SPF (sun protection factor) 30 mins before leaving the house each day. Re-apply every two hours while sun exposed and immediately after swimming or heavy sweating. Check to see if your sunscreen is water resistant and to ensure you’re using the appropriate SPF for the occasion. Be sure to read and follow your sunscreen label as indicated.

What is the return policy for Omnilux devices?

1. Omnilux Accessories

All Omnilux accessories, including but not limited to battery controllers, chargers, adapters, eye rings, Omnilux straps, and wall plugs, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Defective or Malfunctioning Omnilux Accessories

All Omnilux accessories sold are authentic products sourced directly from the manufacturer.

If an accessory arrives defective or becomes non-functional during the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us via the emails provided above.

The item must be returned to our clinic for inspection and testing - we have found that many times the accessory is functioning but another accessory or mask might be the problem.

Once we have verified the malfunction, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment - shipping cost is non refundable. 

Please, remember to ALWAYS disconnect the mask from the Omnilux Battery Controller when the battery controller needs to be charged, as well please ALWAYS use the original Omnilux Wall charger and adapters when charging the battery controller.
