Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Prischmann Skin charges a $7.95 flat shipping charge on all orders under $50. Shipping is free within the United States for all orders over $50. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon placing your order. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order ships. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS for domestic orders and via DHL Worldwide for international orders, so please allow appropriate time for delivery of your package. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to your order, you may reach us at support@SkinStorePS.com.

*Prischmann Skin does not factor weekends and holidays into the processing period. Orders received after 2pm will not begin the processing period until the following business day.


Return/Exchange Policy:

Prischmann Skin is dedicated to providing our customers with excellent service, and the finest products available. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at support@SkinStorePS.com with your order number, name of product you wish to return/exchange, and the reasoning for the return/exchange. Prischmann Skin will respond within 2 business days on how to proceed.

If your product is eligible for a return, we will ask you to mail the product back to our office: 5201 Eden Avenue, Suite 170, Edina, MN, 55436. Please include tracking as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not make it to our office. Once we receive the product, we will fully refund your purchase.

Please note:

  • Items purchased from other retailers or resellers and not directly from Prischmann Skin are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • International orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange, with the exception of a faulty Omnilux device (see Omnilux Return Policy below).

Please inspect your products and their packaging thoroughly upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If any damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@SkinStorePS.com, or (952) 567-7151. To ensure the fastest service, please be ready to provide your order number, email address, and phone number.

Quality is extremely important to us. Prischmann Skin does not permit the resale of returned or exchanged products.


Omnilux Return Policy:

We have found that our customers love the Omnilux devices. However, there are times when the device malfunctions and is eligible for replacement. If you feel like your device has malfunctioned, here is what we require to determine your eligibility for a replacement device:

1. An email to support@skinstoreps.com with the subject line "Omnilux replacement". The body of the email should contain the following: Your name, address for shipping replacement device, Initial order date, Initial Order number, Device serial number, Device lot number (can be found on the box). You should include a thorough written description of the problem. You also must submit a video of the device malfunctioning. Please note: Omnilux requires a video to complete this process.

2. Once we have received this information, we will submit it to Omnilux. They will ultimately determine if they will replace your device.

3. If your device is approved for replacement, we will send you an email notification. It is your responsibility to make sure we have the correct address for your replacement device.

4. You will be responsible for all shipping charges related to your replacement device. This applies to all domestic and international orders. For our international customers: you will also be responsible for all duties and taxes related to the device. We will send an invoice for shipping charges and will ship the device once the charges are paid.

OMNILUX REFUNDS

Omnilux devices are eligible for a refund within the first 60 days after purchase. The device must be mailed back to us and received prior to processing the refund. We would recommend a tracking number for shipping the device as we are not responsible for devices that do not get delivered to our office.
