COVID-19 Update:

To do our part to help slow the spread and keep our customers and their families healthy; we are taking extra precautions in getting your products to you safely. With these added precautions and the impact of COVID-19 on USPS, it may take longer than usual for your order to arrive. Prischmann Skin charges a $7.95 flat shipping charge on all orders under $175. Shipping is free within the United States for all orders over $175. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon placing your order. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order ships. Your order will be shipped through USPS, so please allow appropriate time for delivery of your package. 


*Prischmann Skin does not factor weekends and holidays into the processing period. Orders received after 2pm will not begin the processing period until the following business day.


In accordance with U.S. holidays, Prischmann Skin will be closed on the following days in 2020:

Monday, May 25 – Memorial Day

Friday, July 3 – Independence Day

Monday, September 7 – Labor Day

Thursday, November 26 – Thanksgiving Day

Friday, November 27 – Day after Thanksgiving

Thursday, December 24 – Christmas Eve through Friday, January 1, 2021 – New Year’s Day


Return/Exchange Policy:


Prischmann Skin is dedicated to providing our customers with excellent service, and the finest products available. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. Items purchased from other retailers or resellers and not directly from Prischmann Skin are not eligible for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at support@SkinStorePS.com with your order number, name of product you wish to return/exchange, and the reasoning for the return/exchange. Prischmann Skin will respond within 2 business days on how to proceed.


Please inspect your products and their packaging thoroughly upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If any damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@SkinStorePS.com, or (952) 567-7151. To ensure the fastest service, please be ready to provide your order number, email address, and phone number.


Quality is extremely important to us. Prischmann Skin does not permit the resale of returned or exchanged products.
