Shipping & Returns Policy
Prischmann Skin charges a $5.95 flat shipping charge on all orders in the U.S. under $75. Shipping is free within the continental United States for all orders over $75. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order ships. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS for domestic orders and via DHL Worldwide for international orders, so please allow appropriate time for delivery of your package. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to your order, you may reach us at support@SkinStorePS.com.
*Prischmann Skin does not factor weekends and holidays into the processing period. Orders received after 2pm will not begin the processing period until the following business day.
Prischmann Skin is dedicated to providing our customers with excellent service, and the finest products available. If you’re not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return the product to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at support@SkinStorePS.com with your order number, name of product you wish to return/exchange, and the reasoning for the return/exchange. Prischmann Skin will respond within 2 business days on how to proceed.
If your product is eligible for a return, we will provide you with a return label via email so that you can mail the product back to our office. Once we receive the product, we will fully refund your purchase.
- Items purchased from other retailers or resellers and not directly from Prischmann Skin are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International orders are not eligible for a refund or exchange, with the exception of a faulty Omnilux device (see Omnilux Return Policy below).
Please inspect your products and their packaging thoroughly upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If any damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at support@SkinStorePS.com, or (952) 567-7151. To ensure the fastest service, please be ready to provide your order number, email address, and phone number.
Quality is extremely important to us. Prischmann Skin does not permit the resale of returned or exchanged products.
Omnilux Return Policy:
We have found that our customers love the Omnilux devices. However, there are times when the device malfunctions and is eligible for replacement. If you are experiencing any issues with your device, please contact Omnilux directly with your original proof of purchase and device serial number at email@example.com or at one of the numbers below:
