Yes, Revision Skincare® has a dedicated quality department. Consumers can access the Revision Skincare website (revisionskincare.com) to learn more about our products, mission and vision. Any quality complaints may be routed through firstname.lastname@example.org or via 800-385-6652.
Question 2: What testing methodology do you use for your raw materials?
Raw Materials are tested for Identity, Strength, Purity, and Quality as required by the FD&C act and 21CFR parts 210 &211.
Question 3: Do you do skip lot testing? Or do you test every batch for quality and contaminants?
Every Finished Good lot is tested for Identity, Strength, Purity, and Quality as required by the FD&C Act and 21CFR parts 210 &211.
Question 4: What is your rejection rate on raw materials?
This is private information and cannot be shared. However, Revision Skincare® utilizes suppliers of Raw Materials which are approved vendors, qualified by Quality Assurance. Only approved materials are sourced and accepted within the facility. The Certificate of Analysis provided with every raw material lot is reviewed for conformance before release of material for production. If any discrepancy is observed the material may be rejected.
Question 5: How do you keep up with Economically Motivated Adulterants?
The Quality department follows guidance documents provided by the FDA, specifically, The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). As we are not a processor of food products, we are not a registered facility for FSMA, however we abide by all good practices outlined in the guidance documents when approving suppliers of Raw materials.
